Self Employment

Entrepreneurs apply their talents in a wide variety of ways, but they seem to have some characteristics in common. The Entrepreneurial Assessment helps you learn more about those who are self-employed and more about yourself. This assessment provides insight into the differences between being self-employed and working for an employer.

Instructions

Evaluate each statement and decide how well each statement describes you. (Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree).

This is not a test!

This assessment does not predict business success. There is no single set of characteristics that accurately describes all entrepreneurs. You may score low on the assessment and still succeed as an entrepreneur. As you respond to the statements, think about the reasons self-employment may or may not be the right path for you.

Select "Traditional" to take one question at a time or select "Quick" to do multiple questions at a time.
